Hello and welcome to The Claypit
At The Claypit we will share the joy, benefits, successes and mishaps of making with clay in a welcoming, supportive environment. Join in the fun, unwind, refocus and connect with your creativity. All sessions and courses are perfect for complete beginners and those with some clay experience. If you can work confidently with clay and want to make regularly then Claypit Membership is for you.
We run a range of one-off making experiences and longer courses to enable you to fit clay into your life! Spend 1.5hrs having fun on a potters wheel or learn a range of handbuilding and wheel-making skills on our weekly courses. Build your love of clay at the Claypit alongside others in our informal welcoming studio.
Find us on the ground floor of Cambrian Buildings, Coney Green, round the back of Sainsbury's in Oswestry. The Claypit is part of The Factory, a unique collective of artist and makers studios.
