The Claypit is a space dedicated to making with clay. You will also find a growing community which is thriving though working together and sharing experiences. We nurture this sense of community by listening to the people who walk through our door, holding events and courses that are both great fun and also informative. Join us and have some clay based fun, unwind, refocus and connect with your creativity. All sessions and courses are perfect for complete beginners and those with some clay experience.
We run a range of one-off making experiences and longer courses to enable you to fit clay into your life!

The Claypit is tucked away on the ground floor of Cambrian Buildings, Coney Green, in Oswestry, Shropshire. We are part of The Factory, a unique collective of artist and maker studios. Full location details are in the FAQ's on the contacts page
