Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or amend a bookings please do so in writing to rachel@claypit.co.uk. Refunds will only be offered for sessions or bookings cancelled in writing at least 14 days before the date of the session. If notifications are received with less than 14 days’ notice, a refund will be given at the discretion of the Owner. If we cannot back-fill the space the Claypit may retain your full fee. You can however, chose to transfer your place to another named person at no additional cost.
