Hello and welcome to The Claypit
The Claypit is not only a space to make with clay. We have a growing community which is thriving though working together and sharing experiences. We nurture this sense of community by listening to our customers and members, holding events and courses that are both great fun and also informative. Join in the fun, unwind, refocus and connect with your creativity. All sessions and courses are perfect for complete beginners and those with some clay experience.
We run a range of one-off making experiences and longer courses to enable you to fit clay into your life! Spend 1.5hrs having fun on a potters wheel or learn a range of handbuilding and wheel-making skills on our weekly courses.

Bring along a whole group for some unforgettable clay-play! Build your own unique family or team building experience
Find us on the ground floor of Cambrian Buildings, Coney Green, round the back of Sainsbury's in Oswestry. The Claypit is part of The Factory, a unique collective of artist and makers studios.
